Quick Bio - Renato is currently in his 12th year as the Head Men's Soccer Coach as well as the Director of Strength & Conditioning for all varsity sports at Regis College (Weston, MA) located just outside Boston, Massachusetts. He holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a masters degree in Coaching & Teaching Effectiveness from San Diego State University. He has also earned an A License from US Soccer as well as an Advanced Coaching Diploma from United Soccer Coaches. "A great coaching friend told to me it's time to share all the knowledge you have been fortunate to accumulate over the past 35 years of coaching and training players and clients. It's said that it takes 10,000 hours to master something, I think it's also because it takes that long to commit 10,000 mistakes to learn from and improve upon on your journey to become a more effective coach."
